Midway is a city in Wasatch County, Utah, United States. The population was 2,121 at the 2000 census. Midway, like many cities in Utah, is proud of its nearly homogeneous original founders, and as such, has adopted a building code requiring a certain percentage of all exterior architecture to portray a "Swiss" style, as would best be compared to the Berner Oberland.

Popular local legend states that there were originally two settlements founded by Swiss emigrants, which were later consolidated at a distance mid-way between the two, presumably during the Black-Hawk war. The city has hence been called Midway. A yearly festival, Swiss Days is held on Labor Day weekend, with local artisans as well as those from far-flung communities sharing their wares. A notable and laughable addition to the food court was "Swiss Navajo Tacos" in the mid-1990s.

Midway was the site of the 2002 Olympic cross-country and bi-athlon events at Solider Hollow. Midway is also known for the large "hot-pot" or geo-thermal caldera, a part of the Homestead Resort and golf-course, hosts year-round scuba diving. The water of the caldera is 90-95 degrees, year round. Midway is host to the Heber Valley's golf courses, and boasts the 18-hole Homestead golf-course designed by Bruce Summerhays, a Senior PGA Tour Pro.
